In 2023, Scaled Agile, Inc. (SAI) achieved a significant milestone with two consecutive groundbreaking virtual product launch events. These events were unique as they were SAI’s first-ever live virtual delivery, demonstrating SAI’s innovative approach and commitment to engaging its global audience.
As part of the creative team, we played a key role in the success of the events. Our journey began with developing comprehensive pre-launch strategies to create anticipation and excitement for the virtual events. Our creative expertise was essential in shaping the messaging strategy, designing engaging visual and promotional materials, and creating compelling content for social media and email campaigns to capture the audience’s attention and generate excitement around product launches. Close collaboration with the leadership, marketing, product, and production teams ensured that our creative direction aligned seamlessly with the overall event goals.
The products unveiled at the events represented a significant advancement for Scaled Agile. They included a major update to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), the introduction of a new unified experience for teams called SAFe Studio, the acquisition of piplanning.io, a participatory budgeting application called SAFe CoFund, and several other product upgrades. These products set a new standard and paved an exciting path for SAI’s future offerings.
The virtual events were broadcast on YouTube Premiere and LinkedIn Live Events, utilizing these platforms’ reach and capabilities to connect with a global audience. We worked diligently to ensure that the visual and messaging elements were seamlessly integrated into the live delivery, enhancing the immersive experience for the audience.
SAI, and we left no stone unturned in ensuring a seamless and engaging launch experience. This comprehensive planning, including meticulous messaging strategy, speaker rehearsals, and training for live feed moderators, demonstrated our commitment to delivering a successful event. Additionally, a contingency plan was in place to address any unforeseen hiccups during the events. Post-launch activities focused on following up and nurturing leads based on data and engagement, setting the stage for further marketing actions.
The results were evident, with over 4,500 RSVPs per event, an average of 3,000 YouTube Premiere viewers, and 34,500 accumulated YouTube event video viewers. Additionally, the events led to a remarkable 160% increase in form fills, over 170% growth in email subscribers, a more than 210% increase in click rate, and a substantial 135% rise in collateral downloads. These exceptional outcomes resulted in a 120% increase in hot leads, confirming the resounding success of SAI’s product launch events. Our team’s dedication, creativity, and attention to detail were crucial to the events’ success.
