In response to this pivotal shift, we have developed and launched a campaign to position the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as the driving force behind the industry’s successful Lean-Agile transformation. SAFe, a widely recognized scaling framework for Lean-Agile practitioners, is the ideal solution for automotive enterprises transitioning from traditional ‘v-model’ hardware manufacturing to a more agile approach. In addition, we produced a series of captivating videos featuring industry experts to demonstrate SAFe’s transformative impact and the positive outcomes they achieved.
